Ten Months Old!

June 25, 2008 -


The boys are 10 months old today. They continue to change and grow at an amazing rate. They were out in Colorado a couple weeks back visiting their cousin, and have since been enjoying the summer with cabin trips, walks, bike rides, and the start of their swimming lessons (they are slowing warming up to swimming). Dylan is crawling well now, and Adam seems to be close. They are both eating some solid food, and can pick it up on their own. They are looking forward to the July 4th holiday, spending time with friends and family at the cabin.

Adam and Dylan also wanted to say that they hope to see everyone soon!

Colorado

We are currently in Breckenridge on a summer vacation visiting Jill's parents. The weather has been beautiful and the scenery amazing. Tomorrow we leave for Colorado springs to visit Jill's brother's family. Joe has been running/training for the Pikes Peak Marathon in August. Below are some pictures of the kids in Colorado...

We spent most of the weekend outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Saturday we went to Excelsior and hung out at the park right on Lake Minnetonka. The boys enjoyed watching the boats on the lake. Also, we spent some time swinging and realized they can both go in the same swing together (see pictures below).
Some new things are happening - They both started clapping within a day of each other. Adam's teeth finally are coming in and he is getting four teeth at once. Adam has learned to feed himself. He doesn't seem to care for baby food much anymore - just wants real food!!
Dylan has started scooting along the floor and moves pretty fast. We can tell life is going to change quickly around here!
